A Condominium Homeowners Association

You've reached the interactive website for residents of the Fontana Point Condominium Homeowner's Association located in Northwestern Dade County, Florida. We are an attractive  lakeside community of 44 units nestled among developments of single family homes. Fontana Point is tiny and lovely with only 6 two story buildings seated on 18.4 acres. It is an upscale, refined and very quiet lakeside community even though access to I-75 is 2 traffic signals west. A cul-de-sac featuring a large, lighted, reserved parking area and shared pool.

!! ATTENTION !!

The parking area was repaved in late May of 2011. The new pavement required a resting period of several months to 'cure'. Our new tarmac underwent seal coating and re-striping on 4 days in September of 2011 (7th thru 10th). Hiking that 1/5th mile to the corner church parking area was quite the inconvenient trudge but ultimately worth the trouble.

Your  board of directors has insisted that all residents maintain their vehicles at a high level and is prepared to levy fines if unit owners damage or soil the finished pavement with leaking engine blocks.
